Vicky Losada: "We keep on working as always"

The Spanish National Women's Team carried out a morning practice at the Ciudad del Fútbol

The Spanish Women's Team carried out another training session on Tuesday morning in a two hour session from 11am to 1pm at the Pitch A in the Ciudad del Fútbol.

After a series of warm-up exercises and work in pairs, the international players have carried out dribbling exercises and throw-ins. 

The international player, Vicky Losada, understands the importance of the next qualifier for the World Cup in Canada 2015: "We're getting ready for the match on Saturday against Romania, we know it's going to be a difficult match, they're strong tactically and we have to prepare the match well."

Ahead of the next game against Romania, the defender, has a clear aim with the National Team: "We continue with the same philosophy as always, the one we have here at the Federation. Spain already knows well this style of game."

Under the orders of Nacho Quereda and the technical staff, the players have carried out short and intense passes, throw-ins. Communication was key in all the exercises on the pitch, to speed up the game on the pitch.

After a quality performance with her club, F.C. Barcelona, with which she scored two goals against Atlético de Madrid in the last day and after scoring one of the three goals in the match held at the practice, Vicky recognises that she's ready for the next clash: "I'm very happy being here, being with the National Team, I'm very happy with the chances the Team has given me and as always I look to give my best on the pitch."

Virginia Torrecilla, who had not been able to take part the last sessions has recovered enough to practice this morning, although she did not play in the fast paced match.
