With 96 players is the province that has brought more players to the team throughout its history

Sure on occasion you ever wonder what team or province brings more players to the Spanish National Team. For starters, Vizcaya is the province that has brought more players to the Spanish team with 96 players (one 13.10% of total international). Of these highlights Julio Salinas, both as regards the most games played (56) and goals achieved (22).

A Vizcaya followed its neighbor Guipuzcoa, with a total of 75 international, from that province (10.23% of total) and Xabi Alonso as most capped player has worn the Team Jersey (107), although the position of it holds the historical scorer Isidro Langara, with 17 goals.

And Barcelona or Madrid? You go down to the third (73 international) and fourth stage (66 international) players contributed, respectively, to find players from those provinces that have worn more times the national sheepskin. In both cases the longest-lived are Xavi (126) and Casillas (148), while the top scorers contributed by these provinces are Basra and Cesc (both 13) and Raul (with 44). Yes, F. C. Barcelona and Real Madrid takes the cake in terms of players contributed to selection: 115 123 the first by the second.

Asturias closes this issue 'Top 5' most international provinces have contributed to the Spanish with a total of 38 (5.18% of total), with Villa the player who accumulates more gimped with the national team (92) and more goals achieved with the same (56).

And a curiosity to end: would you know that many born outside Spain not have worn the shirt of the national team? A total of 40. Brazil takes the cake with 4, followed by Cuba and the Philippines with 2, or even Germany, with international from those lands. While the player "foreigner" who has most worn the Spanish team jersey is Di Stefano, with 31 games and the same number of goals.
