The U16s debut with a brilliant victory at the UEFA Development Tournament

The Women's U16 Team has made an outstanding debut with a brilliant win over Scotland (0-6) at the UEFA Development Tournament in the Algarve (Portugal)

The team led by Pedro López has displayed an excellent game: offensive style, with ball control and defensive seriousness. 

With the ball possession and setting the game's tempo, the team started off with plenty of chances and scored the opener. In the 13th minute a direct foul, María Yenes scored the goal of the match. 

The U16s Women's Team stepped on the accelerator and in the 16th Lorena Navarro scored the 2-0 before half time. 

In the second half, the avalanche came about: Rosa Otermín scored three goals and Berta Bou one. Otermín's first two goals came about by two great crosses from Yenes. The third she received the ball from Laia. 

Spain faces Germany on Saturday.
